Well done everyone! We had a long and rocky road from the beginning to the end, but we managed to pull through and made it an amazing experience. All the stressful practices have come to an amazing end. When I attended the first practice, I only knew Jerica. As the weeks rolled through, I became closer to the court and now it feels like I’ve known them for longer than the 3 months of practice. It’s hard to believe that after the big day, I won’t be able to head over Jerica’s house to eat the delicious food tita Jen cooks for the court and practice the steps our choreographer Justin teaches us.
I can speak for everyone in the court when I say that this is has been a memorable experience. I’ve met some amazing people and I feel blessed to have come to know them. I will deeply miss you guys but that isn’t going to stop us from contacting each other and hangin’ out minus the agonizing practices! (jk) In the end, I am hella glad that I was even part of a court that I can call my family.
I love y’all, keep in touch niggas! Yeaaaaahh Buddy
